Get ready for a summer of action, creativity, and unforgettable fun at One with Heart’s dynamic martial arts camps! From the moment campers arrive, they’ll dive into a week filled with adventure—learning martial arts in a safe, supportive environment led by our expert instructors. Each 5-day camp is packed with energetic group games, community-building activities, and plenty of opportunities to shine, whether it’s through martial arts training, arts and crafts, or playground classics like basketball and tetherball. And when the Portland heat kicks in? We’ve got water balloons and cool-down games ready to go! Camp runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am–3pm, and wraps up each week with an epic quest and showcase where campers celebrate their progress and earn a reward. It’s the perfect mix of movement, imagination, and empowerment—all in one incredible week!
