One With Heart Martial Arts is an independent, woman-owned martial arts and self-defense school specializing in Pukulan Kuntao Silat and community-focused training.
Each summer, One With Heart offers martial arts camps for children ages 4-11, with programming designed to build skills, confidence, and teamwork.
The school is located in Portland’s Hawthorne neighborhood.
About the activity:
Discover your inner animal through Pukulan martial arts! Strike like a snake, kick like a crane, pounce like a tiger, and punch like a monkey. Complete a quest to earn your animal patch. Includes games, board breaking, and crafts. Ages 6-12, all levels welcome.
