One With Heart Martial Arts is an independent, woman-owned martial arts and self-defense school specializing in Pukulan Kuntao Silat and community-focused training.
Each summer, One With Heart offers martial arts camps for children ages 4-11, with programming designed to build skills, confidence, and teamwork.
The school is located in Portland’s Hawthorne neighborhood.
About the activity:
Learn sword fighting with ratan sticks in this pirate-themed adventure! Master machete strikes, practice fighting basics, and decorate your own stick to take home. Play Fire Keeper and team challenges. Ages 6-12, all levels welcome.
