Saturday Academy is a nonprofit organization providing hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) learning experiences for students in grades K-12.
Each summer, Saturday Academy offers full-day, week-long camps for grades K-8, with programming focused on STEAM topics such as robotics, animation, engineering, and more.
Camps are primarily held on the University of Portland campus in North Portland, with some sessions at Portland State University and OHSU.
About the activity:
A full-day, hands-on STEAM summer camp for rising grades K–2 in Portland. Kids build, test, and redesign LEGO creations while exploring beginner-friendly engineering, science, and math ideas through playful challenges and collaborative projects. Camp runs 9:00am–4:00pm at Central Catholic High School.
