Backbeat Music Academy offers music lessons for children and adults, focusing on exploration, creativity, and building confidence through a variety of instruments and group band experiences.
Each summer, Backbeat Music Academy runs music camps for kids, including rock band, songwriting, strings, and computer game music composition, with programs available for ages 3 and up.
The academy is located in the Raleigh Hills neighborhood of southwest Portland.
About the activity:
Split time between band rehearsals and mastering new instruments! Rehearse with bandmates, perform a concert, and get focused time on your chosen instrument. Full day 9am-4pm. Ages 8-18.
