Engineering For Kids of Portland Metro offers hands-on STEM programs for children aged 4 to 14, including classes, camps, and workshops in robotics, coding, and engineering. About the activity:

In the morning, junior Industrial Engineering introduces young engineers to simple machines, teamwork, and the assembly line process. Through hands-on exploration, they’ll build machines and apply their skills to create a delicious treat! Then in the afternoon, do you sit still when your favorite song plays, or do you rock out with an air drum solo? In Musical Adventures with Scratch and Makey Makey, you'll explore sound creation and design your own interactive instruments—drums, piano, guitar, and more! Using Scratch and Makey Makey, you'll even program a dancing performance. The grand finale? A mini concert to showcase your musical creations!
