Engineering for Kids offers hands-on STEM programs that introduce children to engineering concepts through engaging activities and projects.

Summer camps are available for children in preschool through middle school, with sessions covering topics like robotics, coding, and interactive engineering.

Camps are held at multiple partner locations throughout the Portland metro area, including schools and community centers in neighborhoods such as Beaverton, West Linn, and Happy Valley.

About the activity:

This camp is the perfect blend of fun and learning with LEGO® WeDo™ Robots! Students will use LEGO® bricks to build creations like Dancing Birds, a Drumming Monkey, and a Smart Spinner. Then, they’ll bring their inventions to life by programming and operating them with a laptop. It’s hands-on, educational, and endlessly exciting!
