Engineering For Kids of Portland Metro offers hands-on STEM programs for children aged 4 to 14, including classes, camps, and workshops in robotics, coding, and engineering. About the activity:

In this class, Junior Engineers will dive into Mars-themed stories that inspire creativity and curiosity. Through hands-on challenges using EFK’s Engineering Design Process, they’ll explore science, mechanical, aerospace, geologic, and environmental engineering. Get ready for an exciting journey that sparks imagination and fuels a passion for Mars exploration! Then in the afternoon, the Engineering For Kids World Games are heating up! Students will compete for gold through thrilling engineering challenges inspired by top athletic events. They’ll explore science and engineering concepts while applying EFK’s Engineering Design Process. Get ready to step up to the podium and inspire the next generation of engineers!
