NW Children's Theater & School
Northwest Children's Theater & School is a leading Portland arts institution dedicated to educating, entertaining, and enriching the lives of young audiences through live theater and performing arts education.
Each summer, NWCT offers theater camps for ages 4–14, with programs ranging from creative play for young children to full musical productions for older youth.
Camps are held at multiple locations, including downtown Portland, northeast and southeast Portland, Beaverton, and Sherwood.
About the activity:
Have fun storming the castle! Take to the stage and bring to life this classic tale of adventure, true love, revenge, giants, miracles, pirates, and Rodents of Unusual Size. Anybody want a peanut? Everyone gets a part in this satirical play.
Performance Camps are all about putting on a play or musical. Students audition, rehearse, and perform. Families and friends are invited to the final performance held on the last Friday of camp.
Final Performance on the Friday of camp at 3:30 PM.
