Portland Drama Club
Portland Drama Club is a nonprofit youth theater organization focused on producing full-scale musical and dramatic performances with costumes, sets, and props.
Each summer, Portland Drama Club offers production-based theater camps for students entering grades K–12, with programs tailored to different age groups and experience levels.
Camps are held at Saint David of Wales church in the Sunnyside neighborhood of southeast Portland.
About the activity:
For students entering grades 5–12, get ready to crank up the volume in School of Rock—a high-energy musical where a wannabe rock star transforms a class of quiet students into a show-stopping band! Bursting with big laughs, heartfelt moments, and the unstoppable power of music, this camp gives every performer a chance to shine. All campers will sing, dance, act, and rock out in this unforgettable production that celebrates creativity, confidence, and the joy of finding your voice. Note: No camp of Friday, July 3rd.
