Parkour Visions

Parkour Visions is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people overcome barriers through movement and play.

Each summer, Parkour Visions offers outdoor parkour camps for kids and teens, with programs for ages 4–16 including Parkour Explorers (ages 4–12), Parkour Multiverse and Nature-Adventure Parkour (ages 7–12), Level Up! and Speedrunners (ages 9–16). Camps are designed for all experience levels and focus on movement, creativity, and teamwork.

Summer camps are held in neighborhoods throughout Seattle, WA and Portland, OR, often in local parks and outdoor spaces.

About the activity:

Level Up! is built for students who are ready to take their parkour training to the next level with more challenge, precision, and creative movement. Each session begins with a structured warm-up focused on strength, coordination, and full-body control. From there, students work on advanced jumps, vault variations, bar work, wall techniques, and linking movements together smoothly. Coaches guide athletes through thoughtful skill progressions that emphasize problem-solving, control, and smart risk-taking. Movement labs, obstacle courses, and flow challenges are woven into every class, giving students the chance to apply new techniques in fast-paced, dynamic environments while building speed, confidence, and personal style.
