Level Up! is built for students who are ready to take their parkour training to the next level with more challenge, precision, and creative movement. Each session begins with a structured warm-up focused on strength, coordination, and full-body control. From there, students work on advanced jumps, vault variations, bar work, wall techniques, and linking movements together smoothly. Coaches guide athletes through thoughtful skill progressions that emphasize problem-solving, control, and smart risk-taking.
