About the activity:

This is our original and most beloved makeup camp, offered in a four-day format that covers a wide range of exciting skills and styles.

Each day focuses on a different area of makeup artistry. Day 1 is all about Corrective Beauty, starting with the basics such as color theory, matching skin tones, highlighting and contouring, corrective techniques, and creating a classic beauty look. Day 2 dives into Fashion Makeup, where students experiment with editorial styles including bold winged or geometric liner, strip lashes, dramatic lips, and smoky eyes. On Day 3, campers explore Special Effects Makeup by creating bruises, cuts, wounds, and burns using a variety of makeup mediums, learning how to build gnarly and gruesome illusions with movie-style makeup magic. Day 4 focuses on Film and TV Makeup, teaching how makeup supports character development and sharing professional tips and tricks, as students create a story and use makeup to bring it to life.
