Northeast Community Center
Northeast Community Center is a nonprofit fitness and community hub offering youth and family programs, fitness classes, and aquatics in a welcoming environment.
Each summer, Northeast Community Center hosts themed day camps for children ages 6–11 and specialty camps, including bike and adventure camps, for ages 8–12. Campers participate in activities such as crafts, games, swimming, and field trips, with accommodations available for neurodivergent children.
The center is located in the Hollywood neighborhood of Northeast Portland.
About the activity:
Dive into card trading sessions where you can swap and collect your favorite Pokémon cards with fellow campers. Unleash your imagination in card-making workshops, designing and creating your very own custom Pokémon cards and putting your unique spin on beloved creatures. Get your hands dirty in sculpting sessions, shaping Pokemon figures out of air-dry clay! From Pikachu to Charizard, bring your favorite characters to life in three-dimensional form. When campers aren't trading cards, they jump in the warm water pool and head to the park for active games and fun!
