Vibe of Portland is a nonprofit organization providing accessible art and music education for youth.
Each summer, Vibe offers half-day and full-day art camps for children ages 5–14, encouraging imaginative thinking and creative exploration.
Programs are held at Vibe Studios in southeast Portland and at community locations throughout the city.
About the activity:
Learn how to use the Procreate app to transform your art into illustrations or products! In this class, you will learn about digital printing and print-on-demand services while mastering the skill of turning your drawings and creative ideas into digital illustrations. By the end of class, you will know how to use Procreate and the endless possibilities it offers to artists and independent creatives.
This class is perfect for creative young artists with an entrepreneurial mind. They will acquire the tools to start a business without an initial investment using platforms like Etsy and print-on-demand services!
If students already have their own tablets and digital drawing pencils, we encourage them to bring these to class. However, if they don't, there's no need to worry. Vibe has iPads and Pencils for students to learn on as well.
