The Architecture Foundation of Oregon connects people to the power of design and architecture through education, advocacy, and community programs.
Each summer, the Architects in Schools program offers free design education to elementary students across Oregon, engaging children in grades K-5 in creative, hands-on learning about architecture and the built environment.
Programs are offered in schools and community settings throughout Oregon, with a strong presence in the Portland metro area.
About the activity:
Keep kids engaged on Portland school inservice days with this action-packed LEGO building experience at Lloyd Center. Children tackle creative building challenges, hands-on tutorials, and themed STEM activities in a fun, social environment. Available on select Portland school calendar break days throughout spring 2026.
