Wildwood Running is an organization dedicated to empowering and educating young female distance runners through community-building and personal growth.
Each summer, Wildwood Running hosts an overnight camp for middle and high school girls, offering five days of running, workshops, and team-building activities focused on athletic development and self-discovery.
The camp takes place in Vernonia, on the edge of the Oregon Coast Range, about an hour west of Portland.
About the activity:
One-day interactive workshop clinic for young female distance runners at North Central College in Naperville, IL. Athletes choose from expert-led sessions on performance, health, mindset, and nutrition led by coaches and specialists from Northwestern University and top high school programs. Includes a Friday morning Fun Run with 200+ participants from Naperville Running Company.
