Under Fossil, Oregon’s famously clear skies, you’ll observe red dwarfs, blue giants, and distant galaxies while sleeping under a blanket of stars. Enjoy classic Camp Hancock traditions like Chuckwagon breakfast, pajama breakfast, river time, and camp-wide games. Whether you're a seasoned stargazer or just starting your astronomy journey, this camp is the next giant leap toward the cosmos. With easy physical activity, the camp takes place at Hancock Field Station in Fossil, Oregon, with transportation to and from OMSI. Check-in is at 7 a.m. on the first day, and pick-up is at 5 p.m. on the last day.
