Portland Metro Arts (PMA) is a nonprofit organization providing arts education and performance opportunities in dance, music, theater, and visual arts for all ages since 1952. With a mission to make the arts accessible to everyone, PMA offers classes, workshops, performances, and community events in its well-equipped facility featuring a 130-seat theater and studios.

About the activity:

Let’s take the stage! Campers will dive into the exciting world of acting, learning fundamental skills through theater games, improvisation, character development, movement, and voice. Through creative exploration and teamwork, they’ll build confidence while bringing characters to life. On the final day, family and friends are invited to a special showcase where our young actors will share what they’ve learned onstage. Open to grades 1-6, this is the perfect opportunity to step into the spotlight and shine.
