Leap, climb, and roll your way into an unforgettable week at Parkour & Freerunning Camp for ages 7–13! This high-energy outdoor camp trains both body and mind to creatively and safely overcome obstacles with style. Campers will learn essential parkour techniques like vaults, landings, rolls, wall runs, balance, and quadrupedal movement, along with beginner-level acrobatics like flips, spins, and handstands. Each session includes warm-ups, conditioning, and skill-building tailored to all levels—focusing on self-improvement, creativity, and respect for people and places. Held primarily at Sunnyside Park, this camp blends movement and imagination, ending with a custom-edited parkour video starring each camper! No prior experience needed—just a sense of adventure.
