Camp Yakety Yak offers an inclusive day camp experience for youth ages 5-18 with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities including ADHD and Autism, along with their typically developing siblings and friends. Each themed week brings unique adventures—from exploring wildlife habitats and discovering the mysteries of space to investigating forest ecosystems and diving into ocean depths. Campers engage in creative activities, games, and social experiences designed to build confidence, friendship, and independence. With a caring staff trained in special needs support, every child participates fully in a safe, welcoming environment where differences are celebrated and social skills flourish. Located at Westside Christian High School in Tigard, this special needs day camp provides 25 hours of intensive social-emotional learning each week through hands-on exploration and play.
