OMSI
OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) is a science and technology museum offering hands-on exhibits, educational programs, and immersive experiences.
Each summer, OMSI runs day and overnight camps for children entering grades K–12, with programming that includes science, engineering, outdoor adventure, and creative exploration.
Camps are held at the OMSI museum in Portland’s Central Eastside, as well as at Camp Gray on the Oregon Coast and Camp Hancock in the high desert. Prices for Summer Camp will be released when registration opens!
About the activity:
Come bond with your peers to unleash your inner mad scientist as you (safely) combine chemicals to create explosive reactions! This week will put your scientific skills to the test through hands-on experiments to help you learn how to control the amazing power of chemistry. You won't believe some of the unexpected outcomes!
