Willamette Sailing Club
Willamette Sailing Club is dedicated to teaching small boat sailing and water safety to youth and adults, with a focus on hands-on learning and skill development.
Each summer, the club offers week-long sailing camps for ages 5-18, including beginner and intermediate classes for ages 8-11, with sessions led by US Sailing certified instructors.
Located on the Willamette River in the South Waterfront neighborhood of Portland.
About the activity:
Teens develop confidence and seamanship in two-person C420 dinghies through games, drills, and guided on-water instruction in this 5-day morning half-day camp. US Sailing certified instructors follow the US Sailing beginner curriculum. Pair with the afternoon session for extra practice at a discount. Eight morning sessions available starting June 29.
