Coding with Kids
Coding with Kids offers technology education programs that teach children and teens computer programming through hands-on projects and a progressive curriculum.
Each summer, Coding with Kids runs in-person coding camps for ages 5–18, with small group instruction and options ranging from beginner to advanced, including specialties like Minecraft Modding, Roblox, Python, and robotics.
Camps are held in various neighborhoods across major metro areas, including Portland, Seattle, Austin, Denver/Boulder, Phoenix, and more.
About the activity:
A packed full-day adventure combining Minecraft coding with outdoor STEAM activities for young learners. Morning sessions introduce Scratch and game creation through beloved Minecraft themes, while afternoon activities bring science and engineering concepts to life outside. A perfect blend of screen-based learning and hands-on outdoor exploration.
