ILYouth2 ("I Love Youth Too") is a vibrant Portland youth arts program by the beloved ILY2 gallery, dedicated to fostering creative thinkers and makers through small-group camps, workshops, and creative hangouts! Located at Lloyd Center, this one-of-a-kind space also features a gallery showcasing intergenerational exhibitions and a retail area spotlighting youth-made art and goods — because here, young artists aren't just learning, they're being celebrated. As one camper's parent put it: "every time I go to ILYouth2, I feel like my life is starting."
About the activity:
ILYouth2's small-group summer camps for tweens and teens ages 11-14 pair participants with rotating teaching artists for weekly themed art explorations at Portland's Lloyd Center studio. Max 15 campers ensures hands-on guidance and creative freedom. Weekly sessions run mid-June through mid-August. Sliding scale pricing $250–$400/week, 4-week package discounts, and sibling discounts available.
