Engineering for Kids offers hands-on STEM programs that introduce children to engineering concepts through engaging activities and projects.
Summer camps are available for children in preschool through middle school, with sessions covering topics like robotics, coding, and interactive engineering.
Camps are held at multiple partner locations throughout the Portland metro area, including schools and community centers in neighborhoods such as Beaverton, West Linn, and Happy Valley.
About the activity:
In this class, students will design and build their own Minecraft amusement park! They’ll tackle engineering and teamwork challenges, draft blueprints, and plan their parks on paper before bringing them to life in Minecraft—just like real amusement park designers! Note: After care is available through Catlin Gabel.
