Electronic Music Club offers hands-on music creation programs where students learn to record, produce, and edit their own music using professional equipment.
Summer camps include sessions on electronic music basics, pop songwriting, video game music, and EDM production, with options for beginners and intermediate students (generally rising 3rd grade and up, with some camps for rising 5th grade and up).
Camps are held in Northwest Portland and Oregon City, providing access for families in both the city and the greater metro area.
About the activity:
Learn to record, produce, and edit music using Ableton Live. Craft beats and melodies, experiment with sounds, and build your own electronic instrument to keep. Perfect for aspiring DJs and producers. Ages 7-11.
