The International School of Portland is an independent school offering Chinese, Spanish, and Japanese language immersion programs for preschool and elementary students.
Each summer, the school hosts language immersion camps in Mandarin, Spanish, and Japanese for children ages 3 through 5th grade.
The campus is located just south of downtown Portland, near the SW Waterfront District.
About the activity:
Designed for Portland's youngest language learners, this half-day immersion camp brings Mandarin, Spanish, or Japanese to life through songs, stories, crafts, and playful exploration. Young campers attend two-week themed sessions at International School of Portland, dismissing at noon each day. Three sessions offered June through July 2026. Perfect for kids just beginning their language journey.
