Musical Monsters and Budding Bookworms is a combination early childhood music education studio and children's bookstore offering music classes and a curated selection of new and used books for young readers.

Summer programming includes music camps and classes for children ages 6 months to 10 years, with offerings grouped by age and developmental stage.

Located in the Woodstock neighborhood of southeast Portland.

About the activity:

Celebrate and center BIPOC and women artists through a week of creative art-making and music at Musical Monsters & Budding Bookworms. Campers create original artwork inspired by a featured artist, explore guitar and violin, and enjoy games and books in a welcoming SE Portland studio. A meaningful half-day summer camp for curious kids.
