Vibe of Portland is a nonprofit organization providing accessible art and music education for youth.
Each summer, Vibe offers half-day and full-day art camps for children ages 5–14, encouraging imaginative thinking and creative exploration.
Programs are held at Vibe Studios in southeast Portland and at community locations throughout the city.
About the activity:
Art and Movement Wild! is a high-energy camp for ages 5–7 that blends abstract art with playful movement and sensory-rich materials. New for 2026, campers also get an integrated literacy component that supports early reading comprehension and language development through storytelling, discussion, and art-connected activities. Expect action painting, bold color exploration, clay and papier-mâché, music, dance, and big-body creative play.
