Yoga Playgrounds specializes in bringing yoga and mindfulness programs to children through school-based classes and teacher trainings.
Each summer, Yoga Playgrounds offers yoga camps for kids ages 3-12, focusing on movement, mindfulness, and creative relaxation.
Programs are held at schools and community locations throughout the Portland metro area.
About the activity:
These unique yoga summer camps are designed to nurture a sense of inner strength, self-esteem and happiness. Packed with playfulness, positivity and fun, each day will include a wonderful mix of poses and movement, games, mindfulness, creativity, nature exploration and art. Kids will leave these uplifting and inspiring camps with new friendships and a foundation for health and well being. These camps are open to all children from the Portland metro area.
Our summer camps are open to all kids attending any K-5 school.
