About the activity:

Dugma empowers rising 6th–8th graders to step into junior leadership roles at BB Day Camp in Portland and Vancouver. Participants develop communication, responsibility, and community skills while actively guiding and mentoring younger campers through daily activities. A unique and empowering way to experience summer day camp as a growing leader.
