OMSI
OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) is a science and technology museum offering hands-on exhibits, educational programs, and immersive experiences.
Each summer, OMSI runs day and overnight camps for children entering grades K–12, with programming that includes science, engineering, outdoor adventure, and creative exploration.
Camps are held at the OMSI museum in Portland’s Central Eastside, as well as at Camp Gray on the Oregon Coast and Camp Hancock in the high desert. Prices for Summer Camp will be released when registration opens!
About the activity:
Come join us to bring out both your scientific and artistic skills. By working together to think cleverly and creatively, you will work to complete engineering-design challenges, including building model roller coasters, race cars, and flight suits. You will also gain skills to become a better problem solver while building new creations. You'll even bring some of your own inventions to life during this wonderful introduction to the engineering-design process.
