OMSI
OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) is a science and technology museum offering hands-on exhibits, educational programs, and immersive experiences.
Each summer, OMSI runs day and overnight camps for children entering grades K–12, with programming that includes science, engineering, outdoor adventure, and creative exploration.
Camps are held at the OMSI museum in Portland’s Central Eastside, as well as at Camp Gray on the Oregon Coast and Camp Hancock in the high desert. Prices for Summer Camp will be released when registration opens!
About the activity:
Level up your animation skills! Bring your stop-motion concepts and animated creations to life as you continue working on a mini-movie or start a brand-new project. Campers will explore advanced techniques, build on skills they already know, and experiment with a variety of creative styles. This class supports all levels of experience and artistic approaches.
Note: This advanced class is for students in grades 4–8 who have completed the “OMSI Animation” class.
