Their programs include after-school cooking classes for kids, weekend baking sessions, and special events like monthly Slow Food PDX Conviviums and solstice dinners. About the activity:

This summer, let your kids whip up some fun in our five-day baking camp! They’ll get hands-on experience crafting delicious breads in the morning and sweet treats in the afternoon, all while learning the art of baking from expert instructors. Between baking sessions, we’ll head to the park for games and outdoor fun, making this camp the perfect blend of creativity and activity. Plus, guest bakers will join us to share their skills and add extra excitement! Each day, kids will prepare and enjoy their own snacks, but please pack a lunch. Designed for kids entering 1st–5th grade in the fall, this camp promises a week full of delicious discoveries and new friendships.
