NW Dance Project is a contemporary dance company known for its innovative performances and professional training programs.
Each summer, NW Dance Project offers Summer Dance Intensives for ages 8 to 18 and weekly summer session classes for ages 4 to 12, focusing on ballet, contemporary, jazz, improvisation, and creative movement.
Programs are held at their Creative Center and Studio in Portland’s Lloyd District.
About the activity:
Immerse young dancers in two weeks of professional training at NW Dance Project's Summer Dance Intensive. Beginner-to-intermediate level students explore ballet (daily), jazz, contemporary, improvisation, and strength conditioning led by a world-class faculty roster. Open studio environment that values individual creativity — no audition required.
