OMSI
OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) is a science and technology museum offering hands-on exhibits, educational programs, and immersive experiences.
Each summer, OMSI runs day and overnight camps for children entering grades K–12, with programming that includes science, engineering, outdoor adventure, and creative exploration.
Camps are held at the OMSI museum in Portland’s Central Eastside, as well as at Camp Gray on the Oregon Coast and Camp Hancock in the high desert. Prices for Summer Camp will be released when registration opens!
About the activity:
Calling all girls! Strengthen your STEM skills with LEGO Robotics! Using the latest LEGO SPIKE Prime kit, campers will build critical and abstract thinking abilities while tackling complex problems. Learn the fundamentals of coding and the basics of robotic engineering as you design, program, and explore with this exciting LEGO robotics kit.
Note: This class is for students in grades 4–8.
