A-WOL Dance Collective is a 501c3 organization with a mission to embody the notion of “aerial without limits” through presentation of world class performances and educational opportunities that defy expectation, ignite inspiration and foster creativity. A-WOL offers recreational aerial classes, summer camps, and workshops for students both brand new to aerial arts as well as for those with experience that are looking to expand their skill base. For serious students and those looking to take aerial to a professional level, A-WOL has performance training companies for both adults and youth.

About the activity:

Spend your summer airborne! Aerial summer camps at the A-WOL warehouse begin on 6/23 and run through 8/15. Half day camps run Monday-Friday 9:30-12:30p for students ages 4-18yrs.

Beginning level aerial camps will introduce students to the magic of aerial. Days will be spent flipping upside down, learning to climb, and having fun in a safe supportive environment. Students will learn aerial skills as well as be exposed to other disciplines of circus such as dance, tumbling, acrobatics, and flexibility.

Intermediate-advanced level aerial camps will build student's aerial knowledge, technique, and artistry. Students will focus on specific apparatus, skills sequencing, and specialized skills such as choreography building and auditioning.
