Camp Rosenbaum is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing life-enhancing opportunities for low-income youth through mentoring, camp, and athletic programs.

Each summer, Camp Rosenbaum offers a weeklong camp experience focused on character-building and fun for children from low-income families, typically serving youth ages 9 to 11.

The camp takes place on the Oregon coast, drawing participants from the greater Portland area.

About the activity:

Join the Rosenbaum PPB Youth Camp for an exciting week where local police officers and college coaches work alongside young campers to develop specific skills and foster good sportsmanship. Kids ages 8-14 will participate in activities like archery, basketball, football, fishing, hiking, arts & crafts, tennis, and pickleball. This unique day camp brings together community members to offer a safe, fun, and enriching experience that helps youth build confidence, develop new skills, and make lasting friendships. Activities are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring every participant gets hands-on learning opportunities. Financial assistance is available for families who qualify for free and reduced lunch programs.
