Kids Community Learning Center
Kids Community Learning Center provides before and aftercare programs for K-5th grade students in the Portland Public School District.
The center offers a summer camp open to all families, featuring activities in art, science, literature, and socio-emotional learning for elementary-aged children.
Programs are based at the Metropolitan Learning Center in Northwest Portland.
About the activity:
Explore Portland through themed weekly adventures at Kids Community Learning Center’s full-day summer camp for kindergarten through 6th graders. Kids build, experiment, paint, and play while taking two field trips each week to iconic Portland spots like Silver Falls, Trillium Lake, and Oaks Park. Open 8am–5pm Monday–Friday from mid-June through early August, with scholarships available for qualifying families.
