Explore leadership at Day Camp through the Counselor in Training (CIT) Program! Created for rising 9th and 10th graders, this program combines the fun of traditional BB Day Camp with meaningful leadership-building experiences. CITs work closely with campers, help design and lead activities, and participate in engaging staff training. Along the way, they strengthen teamwork, responsibility, and leadership skills through hands-on camp involvement. Each week builds upon the previous one, and campers are encouraged to enroll in multiple consecutive weeks to fully benefit from the program.
