Yoga Playgrounds is Portland's premier school-based yoga & mindfulness enrichment program for kids. We offer classes and camps on site at schools as well as teacher trainings, professional development workshoprs and resources. We believe yoga and mindfulness are perfect compliments to a busy school day and set the foundation for a lifetime of health and wellness.

About the activity:

These unique yoga summer camps are designed to nurture a sense of inner strength, self-esteem and happiness. Packed with playfulness, positivity and fun, each day will include a wonderful mix of poses and movement, games, mindfulness, creativity, nature exploration and art. Kids will leave these uplifting and inspiring camps with new friendships and a foundation for health and well being. These camps are open to all children from the Portland metro area.

Our summer camps are open to all kids attending any K-5 school.
