Each summer, OES offers a range of inquiry-based enrichment camps for children from Pre-K through Grade 11, with activities including creative arts, STEM, rock climbing, and fencing.

OES Farm-to-Table Cooking Camp connects grades 5-8 students in Portland from garden to kitchen. Campers harvest ingredients from the school's garden, learn seasonal cooking, and explore the relationship between sustainable agriculture and healthy eating.
