Parkour Visions

Parkour Visions is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people overcome barriers through movement and play.

Each summer, Parkour Visions offers outdoor parkour camps for kids and teens, with programs for ages 4–16 including Parkour Explorers (ages 4–12), Parkour Multiverse and Nature-Adventure Parkour (ages 7–12), Level Up! and Speedrunners (ages 9–16). Camps are designed for all experience levels and focus on movement, creativity, and teamwork.

Summer camps are held in neighborhoods throughout Seattle, WA and Portland, OR, often in local parks and outdoor spaces.

About the activity:

This fast-paced parkour camp centers on speed, precision, and technical movement. Campers train through timed runs and carefully designed obstacle layouts that emphasize clean footwork, efficient routes, and controlled landings. The focus is on refining how students move through space, with attention to balance, accuracy, and flow. Sessions are active and challenging, giving students repeated opportunities to practice parkour fundamentals in dynamic setups. It’s a great fit for kids who enjoy focused movement, physical problem-solving, and testing their skills in a high-energy parkour environment.
