OMSI
OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) is a science and technology museum offering hands-on exhibits, educational programs, and immersive experiences.
Each summer, OMSI runs day and overnight camps for children entering grades K–12, with programming that includes science, engineering, outdoor adventure, and creative exploration.
Camps are held at the OMSI museum in Portland’s Central Eastside, as well as at Camp Gray on the Oregon Coast and Camp Hancock in the high desert. Prices for Summer Camp will be released when registration opens!
About the activity:
Calling all girls and gamers! If you love topping the high-score boards, now’s your chance to build a game of your own. Campers will design characters that move and interact as they create an exciting video game world using their own game development skills.
*Held with grades 6–8
Note: This class is for students in grades 4–8.
