Vibe of Portland is a nonprofit organization providing accessible art and music education for youth.
Each summer, Vibe offers half-day and full-day art camps for children ages 5–14, encouraging imaginative thinking and creative exploration.
Programs are held at Vibe Studios in southeast Portland and at community locations throughout the city.
About the activity:
Art and Movement Wild! combines abstract art, movement, and sensory exploration for kids ages 5–7 who love to create with their whole bodies. New for 2026, the camp includes a built-in literacy component that strengthens early reading comprehension and language skills through stories and creative discussion. Campers experiment with splatter and action painting, color mixing, clay and papier-mâché, and expressive movement with music and read-alouds.
