Experiment PDX is a hands-on museum and event space in Southeast Portland, Oregon, dedicated to fostering creativity, curiosity, and community across all ages. This unique venue offers interactive science and art exhibits, open crafting stations, and a variety of classes, workshops, and lectures led by local artists and intellectuals. Founded by Molly Radany, a former research biologist and educator, Experiment PDX aims to provide a space where both children and adults can explore, learn, and socialize.
About the activity:
Join our exciting morning LEGO Robotics camp, where kids dive into the world of coding and robotics using the amazing LEGO Education Spike Essential kits and curriculum! This engaging program introduces campers to collaboration and problem-solving as they team up to build and code a new robot every day, culminating in an epic "battle of the bots" on Friday. Plus, during breaks, kids get to explore the interactive exhibits in our Hands-On Museum, making each day both educational and unforgettable! Register for the afternoon STEAM session to make it a full day.
