NW Dance Project is a contemporary dance company known for its innovative performances and professional training programs.
Each summer, NW Dance Project offers Summer Dance Intensives for ages 8 to 18 and weekly summer session classes for ages 4 to 12, focusing on ballet, contemporary, jazz, improvisation, and creative movement.
Programs are held at their Creative Center and Studio in Portland’s Lloyd District.
About the activity:
Introduce your youngest dancer to the joy of movement in this 7-week Sunday morning Creative Movement class at NW Dance Project. Little ones develop coordination, musicality, and creative expression through engaging, age-appropriate dance activities. A perfect first dance experience for new students — open registration every Sunday morning.
