SCRAP Creative Reuse
SCRAP Creative Reuse is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring creative reuse and environmentally sustainable behavior by providing educational programs and affordable materials to the community.
Each summer, SCRAP offers Camp SCRAP, a creative reuse camp for children, where participants use reclaimed materials for art and craft projects; ages served may vary by program.
The center is located in Portland’s Central Eastside neighborhood.
About the activity:
Camp SCRAP is a one-of-a-kind day camp where young creators (ages 7–12) learn to turn everyday items into extraordinary art. If your child is obsessed with building, inventing, and DIY projects, they’ll fit right in! Over the course of five days, we’ll dive into SCRAP’s most popular activities—ranging from tiny miniatures to mystical magic and the colors of spring. Every day balances guided workshops with plenty of "maker time" for kids to follow their own wild imaginations.
Ticket prices:
EARLY BIRD 5-Day Package ($325) - Available through January 31st, 2026 at 4pm!
5-Day Package ($350) - Available through March 16, 2026 at 4pm!
Single Day Tickets ($75/day) - Available through March 16, 2026 at 4pm!
