About the activity:

Each morning begins with a scenic half-mile hike through pastures, forests, and a creek, ending in a beautiful oak savanna. Guided by expert educators, campers will explore nature, build outdoor skills, and foster curiosity, connections, and mindfulness. This week, we’ll embrace the natural rhythms of the Earth and celebrate the changing seasons through the magic of storytelling. As summer unfolds, we’ll dive into myths and tales from the Pacific Northwest that highlight the wonders of this vibrant time of year. Kids will explore their creativity, gathering natural treasures, sketching, painting, and crafting their own stories inspired by the world around them.
