Kids Community Learning Center provides before and aftercare programs for K-5th grade students in the Portland Public School District.
The center offers a summer camp open to all families, featuring activities in art, science, literature, and socio-emotional learning for elementary-aged children.
Programs are based at the Metropolitan Learning Center in Northwest Portland.
About the activity:
At KCLC, our staff design exciting, hands-on activities across a variety of curriculum areas to keep kids engaged and having fun! Each week, children dive into science experiments, create unique art projects, play group games, explore language arts, splash around with water games, and enjoy plenty of free-choice play. Every activity is kid-focused, age-appropriate, and designed to spark creativity, curiosity, and connection—because learning is best when it’s super fun!
